Annual Conference 2022

Annual Conference 2022 will be held at the BIC in Bournemouth

A page on the NEU website has been set up for Annual Conference 2022. The page can only be accessed using the link, it is not searchable from the main site. Details of the key dates for Conference are there already.

The Conference venue will open on Sunday 10 April and debates will begin on the morning of Monday 11 April. Conference will close at lunchtime on Thursday 14 April.

Organising for Power

The NEU is participating in this inspiring 6-part online training course led by writer and organiser Jane McAlevey which will bring together workers from around the world. With big fights ahead to win on a recovery curriculum and workload this training has never been more timely or necessary for education workers to build solidarity and workplace power to win.

Participants can register in groups – workplace, District/Branch, MAT, sector or equalities strand. As a District or Branch Secretary you could be the facilitator for a group of reps in your District to take them through the course.

Find out more and register here. Please share widely with activists. You can also view the joint UCU/NEU taster session which includes NEU participants from previous courses.
